Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom.

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders to Mainland UK will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery at the flat rate of £8.00

International Orders are as follows:

• Europe (excluding the UK) £20.00
• Rest of World £30.00

Prices shown on the site are in GBP and inclusive of VAT, unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable, as indicated on the payment page. If this is the case the VAT of 17.5% will be deducted from your order at the checkout. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
