Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following terms and conditions:
Conditions of Return/Exchange:
Unless otherwise stated you may return any purchased item for refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery. Items not received within the 14-day period will not be accepted. We do not offer any refunds or exchange on sale items.
Before returning your purchase you must notify us by email within 7 days of the date of delivery at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it stating the reason why the item(s) are being returned. Exchanges are subject to availability. You will be provided with a returns form to print out and complete as well as a unique returns number (RMA). In order to ensure a successful exchange/refund you must complete this form, include the RMA number that was provided to you and include this along with the original receipt when returning the parcel.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within the 7-day period and we will organize a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you will be refunded, including all delivery charges.
Returns must be received in perfect, unused condition. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes along with the enclosed shoe dust bag(s). We strongly advise you to try your new shoes on carpet, as we cannot accept returns with scuffed or damaged soles.

For all items, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable (other than for faulty items).
Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. It is recommended that proof of posting and insurance for the value of the goods is obtained, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Nor can we accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). If you are returning the item(s) from outside of the EU, there may be additional taxes and duties to be paid. These charges are your responsibility; please check these with your chosen postal service provider.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality check and if cleared, you will either receive your new item(s) (as an exchange), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase.
